Termination of Service: Termination of service is defined by the chauffeur pulling the vehicle over to a safe location, out of traffic, and asking you to leave the vehicle; failure to leave the vehicle could lead to the police being called for assistance.
No Show: A client no show will be charged in full with no refund. A clients that no shows on a hourly trip will be charged for a 4 hour minimum.
Holiday Fees: We charge $25 additional for transportation on Thanksgiving and Christmas, only.
Cancellations & Changes: All cancelations must be done at least 24 hours in advance. If airport and point-to-point rides aren't cancelled with 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for the full price of the ride and for hourly trips you will be charged a 4 hour minimum. Late cancellations will be handled as a "no show".
MultiFlight Pickups: All rides that have multiple pickups in the airport will need to be booked as a hourly service.
Cleaning Fees: All of our vehicles are smoke free and smoking isn't allowed, if you smoke in our vehicles the chauffeur can and will terminate the service and we will charge the full price of the ride along with a cleaning fee of $250. If anything is spilled in the vehicles or if you vomit, there will be a $250 cleaning fee added to the service.
No drug use or drug possession allowed in our vehicles! Possession or use will lead to immediate termination of service and you will be charged in full.
